Product Introduction
According to the national GB1408.1-2006 "Electrical Strength Test Method for Insulating Materials", the WXCL-60 series voltage breakdown tester can be called an electrical insulation strength tester, a dielectric strength tester, etc. Its working principle is: a voltage higher than normal operation is applied to the insulator of the device under test for a specified period of time, and the voltage applied thereto will only produce a small leakage current, and the insulation is good. The three modules of programmable power supply module, signal acquisition and conditioning module and computer control system constitute the test system, with alarm and time control functions.
The WXCL-60 series voltage breakdown tester is mainly suitable for the breakdown strength and withstand voltage test of solid insulating materials (such as plastics, rubber, laminated materials, films, resins, mica, ceramics, glass, insulating paint and other insulating materials and insulating parts) under power frequency voltage or DC voltage. It is widely used in the power electronics industry, the Ministry of Machinery Industry, research institutes, military research, and insulating material production units for high voltage breakdown tests.
Product Characteristics
1. The device is operated and controlled by a touch screen.
2. If curve analysis is required, a computer can be equipped to only record data and curves without controlling the device, which avoids the test personnel from alternating between the computer and the device, making it more user-friendly.
3. The device has a test parameter memory function. The same test conditions do not need to be set for each test, and the last test setting parameters will still be remembered when the power is off.
4. The test interface is simple and clear, and is equipped with a schematic curve description. Different parameters have different curve trends, which is easy to understand.
5. The control panel is simple, the function labels are clear, and the operation is simple.
6. 10 test records can be recorded and displayed simultaneously, which is convenient for comparative analysis of test data. And undesirable data can be discarded in real time.
7. The device test interface adopts real-time display, which is more convenient for viewing the test process.
8. The device has a safety warning prompt. The test cannot start when the test box door is not closed, and a warning will pop up. A warning will pop up when it is full (that is, the high-voltage transformer has no output), and if the door is opened during the test, the test will end automatically.
