Product Introduction
This instrument is designed to test winding deformation in power transformers rated 6kV and above, as well as other special-purpose transformers. During operation or transportation, power transformers are inevitably subjected to various fault short-circuit currents or physical impacts. Under the powerful electromagnetic forces generated by short-circuit currents, transformer windings may lose stability, leading to permanent deformation such as local twisting, bulging, or displacement, which can seriously affect the safe operation of the transformer.
Product Characteristics
- Uses the sweep frequency method to measure transformer winding characteristics. Without disassembling or lifting the transformer tank, it accurately detects winding deformation such as twisting, bulging, or displacement by measuring the amplitude-frequency response of each winding.
- Fast measurement speed: completes testing for a single winding within 2 minutes.
- High frequency accuracy: better than 0.001%.
- Digital frequency synthesis ensures higher frequency stability.
- Displays up to 3 curves simultaneously, automatically calculates relevant parameters, diagnoses winding deformation, and provides a reference conclusion.
- Standalone operation without an external computer. Measurement data is stored locally and can be exported via USB to upper-computer software.
- User-friendly upper-computer software with integrated functions for analysis, storage, report export, 3D curve display, logarithmic curves, and more.
