- All-Metal Structure:Eliminates issues common to glassware-type testers,such as fragility and poor sealing.
- High-Precision Differential Pressure Sensor:Employs imported sensors with high precision and stability,ensuring more accurate test data and superior repeatability.
- Integrated Ambient Sensors:The test circuit includes sensors for measuring atmospheric pressure and ambient temperature.It automatically measures local conditions,converts results to gas content under standard atmospheric pressure at 0°C,and displays them directly on the LCD screen,simplifying your workflow.
- Unique Gas Injection&Reverse-Calibration Test Function:Allows for convenient verification of instrument calibration and measurement accuracy.
- Short Testing Time:The complete test cycle for an oil sample requires only approximately seven minutes.
- Intelligent Vacuum Pump Control:The instrument autonomously controls the vacuum pump operation based on test status during the process,significantly reducing noise and extending the pump's service life.
- Automatic Data Storage:Automatically stores the last several dozen test records,along with corresponding timestamps,temperature,and atmospheric pressure data,facilitating easy data retrieval.
- Newly Added Print Function:Enables printing of test data as required.

Main Components and Functions
1.Display System:Presents all relevant parameters and operational status on the screen.
2.Printing System:Prints test results as required.
3.Oil Sample Quantitative System:Introduces a precise volume(approx.50mL)of oil sample into the degassing system.
4.Degassing System:Utilizes vacuum pressure spray and electric stirring for highly efficient degassing.
5.Data Detection&Processing System:Employs a high-precision,high-stability differential pressure sensor.It captures the pressure difference signal between the internal pressure of the degassing vessel after gas release and the pre-injection pressure.This signal is amplified and processed by the data processing system,which then calculates and directly displays the gas content in the oil(by volume percentage)on the screen.
6.Waste Oil Collection System:Collects flushing and test oil samples that enter the instrument and automatically discharges them after each test cycle.
