Product Introduction
A disconnector is a type of high-voltage switching equipment widely used in large quantities in power systems.Since outdoor disconnectors operate exposed to the atmospheric environment,they are directly and severely affected by environmental and climatic conditions.Their operating conditions are relatively harsh,making them prone to mechanical or electrical faults.In particular,the contact finger area is susceptible to rain,dust,and harmful gases,which can lead to poor contact and overheating.The springs that provide contact pressure may anneal due to the heat,reducing the pressure,which in turn aggravates the heating of the contact fingers,creating a vicious cycle that can result in burnt contact fingers and cause accidents.
In response to the current maintenance practices in power generation and supply systems,our company has independently developed the WXCZ-402 High-Voltage Disconnector Contact Finger Pressure Tester.By simply opening the test clamp(which simulates the contact head sensor)at each pair of contact finger positions,the instrument can display and store the corresponding contact pressure.This effectively addresses the major challenge of measuring contact finger pressure.The WXCZ-402 High-Voltage Disconnector Contact Finger Pressure Tester can also be used by disconnector manufacturers for quality inspection of contact finger pressure.Additionally,by modifying the shape of the pressure sensor,it can measure the contact finger pressure of circuit breakers.
