The WXUD-PCI Intelligent Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector is a portable industrial nondestructive testing (NDT) instrument. It enables rapid, convenient, and non-destructive precise detection, location, evaluation, and diagnosis of various internal defects (such as cracks, porosity, gas pockets, inclusions, etc.) within workpieces.

It is suitable for both laboratory use and on-site engineering inspection. BMP images and PDF files can be viewed in real-time on a computer or mobile phone for faster data sharing.

5. Detection Range

For longitudinal waves in steel with zero interface delay, the detection range is 0-12000mm, continuously adjustable.

6. Transmit Pulse

Pulse Amplitude: 100V-500V selectable in 8 steps, suitable for a wide range of probes.

Pulse Width: Continuously adjustable within the range of (0.0-0.510)µs to match probes of different frequencies.

Probe Damping: Options of 50Ω, 150Ω, 250Ω, and 500Ω to meet differentiated sensitivity and resolution requirements.
