Product Overview
The WXYD series power frequency withstand voltage test device is a rigorous, effective, and direct method for assessing the insulation strength of power equipment. It can detect relatively hazardous concentrated defects, plays a decisive role in determining whether power equipment can continue to operate, and is an important means of ensuring equipment insulation levels and avoiding insulation accidents.
This device is a high-performance withstand voltage test equipment designed in accordance with national electric power industry standards. It is used to perform insulation strength tests on various electrical products, electrical components, insulating materials, etc., at specified voltages, in order to assess the insulation level of the products, detect insulation defects of the tested objects, and evaluate their ability to withstand overvoltages.
The WXYD series power frequency withstand voltage test device is designed and manufactured in compliance with the DL/T848.2-2004 industry standard. The complete set consists of the YD series light-duty high-voltage test transformer and the WXYD series withstand voltage control box (console). The control console (box) is an integrated unit comprising a voltage regulator, measurement, display, alarm, control, and protection sections.

- Protection functions: overcurrent protection, zero-start protection, audible and visual alarm with language warning
- Adopts a new type of time relay with a wider timing range (1S to 99H)
- Adopts a new type of current relay for greater accuracy and reliability, ensuring personal and equipment safety
- The high-voltage test transformer uses new insulation materials that are moisture-resistant, impact-resistant, and offer high insulation level
- Reasonable structure, small size, and light weight

- The work site shall be free of gases, vapors, chemical dust, and other explosive or corrosive substances that seriously affect insulation
