Functions and Uses
The WXJB-902C Relay Protection Tester (three-phase industrial computer, 0.2-class accuracy) can be used to test various relays (such as current, voltage, inverse time, power direction, impedance, differential, low-frequency, synchronizing, frequency, DC, intermediate, time relays, etc.) and microcomputer-based protection devices. It can also simulate various complex transient, permanent, and converting faults for complete set testing.
Technical Features
- Flexible combination of voltage and current outputs: Equipped with standard 4-voltage, 3-current outputs, allowing convenient combination of various outputs for different types of protection tests. Each phase voltage can output up to 120V, and the three-phase current can output up to 120A in parallel. The fourth voltage channel Ux is a multi-function voltage output, which can be set as 3U0, synchronizing voltage, or any arbitrary voltage value.
- Convenient standalone operation: The device panel is equipped with a trackball mouse, an optimized keyboard, and a large TFT LCD display, with built-in Chinese Windows platform operation software. It is ready to use upon startup, offering convenient and fast operation.
- Dual operation modes: In addition to standalone operation, the device can also be connected to an external laptop or desktop computer for operation. Both modes have identical functionality, providing a true dual-operation mode.
- New high-fidelity linear amplifier: The output stage consistently uses high-fidelity, high-reliability modular linear amplifiers instead of switching amplifiers, delivering excellent performance. It does not generate high or medium frequency interference to the test site and ensures smooth waveform and high precision across the entire range from large currents to small currents.
- High-performance host: The output section is controlled by a DSP, offering fast computation, strong real-time digital signal processing capability, wide transmission bandwidth, and control over a high-resolution D/A converter. The output waveform has high precision, low distortion, and good linearity. By adopting numerous advanced technologies, precision components, and specialized structural design, the device is compact, lightweight, fully functional, and portable. It is ready to use upon startup, making field testing very convenient.
- Powerful software functions: Capable of completing various large-scale, highly automated, complex calibration tasks. It can easily test and scan various protection settings, perform fault playback, store test data in real time, display vector diagrams, and print reports online.
- Independent dedicated DC power output: The device includes an adjustable independent DC power output of 110V and 220V.
- Rich contact interfaces: Equipped with 8 contact inputs and 4 null-contact outputs. The input contacts are compatible with both null contacts and 0-250V potential contacts, with intelligent automatic recognition.
- Complete interfaces: The device panel has an integrated keyboard and mouse for standalone operation, and external keyboard and mouse can also be connected via keyboard and mouse ports. Additionally, it has two USB ports and an RS232 port for communication with computers and other external devices.
- Comprehensive self-protection functions: The heat dissipation structure is well-designed, and hardware protection measures are reliable and complete. It features a soft-start power supply, software-based self-diagnosis of faults, and output blocking functions.
- Lightweight, compact, highly integrated, and一体化 structure: Utilizing numerous high-tech, meticulously designed ultra-lightweight structures, the whole unit is extremely small, lightweight, and portable.
