Product Introduction
It is suitable for the inter-turn insulation test of motor windings with rated voltage of 10500V and below; it can also be used for the inter-turn insulation test of transformer windings and electrical coils. Due to the inconsistency of the insulation structure and insulation materials of the motor and transformer products of various manufacturers, especially the difference in process level, improper operation in the process links such as winding, embedding, scraping, jointing, end shaping, and handling will affect the insulation performance of the motor, resulting in various inter-turn insulation risks of the winding. Therefore, the inter-turn insulation of the winding is a key link of the motor and transformer.
Product Characteristics
The circuit consists of a CRT and a host system. Working process: The mains power supply is 220V/50Hz, one way goes to the CRT and the thyristor filament preheating; the other way is controlled by the delay circuit. The filament is preheated for about 10 minutes and then connected to the high-voltage device system under the control of the pulse signal trigger unit. The pulse energy storage capacitor is charged by the high-voltage rectification. The thyristor is controlled by the pulse signal trigger unit to form a high-voltage pulse. The high-voltage pulse is applied to the test output terminal of the test product through the current limiting resistor to discharge and generate an attenuated oscillation wave. The signal is sent to the CRT through the sampling circuit, and the CRT automatically tracks the signal synchronously, so that the signal waveform can be displayed clearly and stably. The insulation performance of the winding turns can be judged by observing whether the impulse waveform coincides with the stored impulse waveform.
