WXZJ-5Kv Inter-turn Withstand Voltage Tester uses the pulse waveform comparison method to perform an equivalent overvoltage simulation test on the coil windings of motors and electrical appliances with high-voltage pulses. By observing, comparing and analyzing the waveform displayed on the instrument, the quality of the inter-turn insulation of the winding can be quickly and correctly determined. It has good identification performance for various inter-turn insulation faults such as inter-turn short circuit, coil corona discharge, local short circuit, wiring error, coil balance, etc.
The WXZJ-5Kv Inter-turn Withstand Voltage Tester has a high degree of electronic integration. The test waveform can be observed on the oscilloscope built into the tester, the peak voltage can be directly read on the digital meter, the Y-axis amplitude and X-axis scanning rate are continuously adjustable, and the whole machine has the characteristics of high precision and low failure rate. Product Characteristics
When a direct solid short circuit fault occurs in the coil, a short-circuit turn will be formed, which will significantly change the inductance, capacitance and resistance of the coil. For the inter-turn insulation weak points with a certain degree of insulation, before the weak points are exposed, the inductance, resistance and capacitance of the winding basically have no obvious changes, so the fault cannot be observed. Only when the test voltage exceeds the withstand voltage value of the insulation weak point will the inter-turn insulation breakdown occur, spark discharge will be generated, accompanied by discharge sound and ozone, and the inductance L, capacitance C and resistance R will be significantly changed, thus changing the attenuation oscillation frequency and attenuation rate of the impulse test voltage wave in the winding.
The WXZJ-5Kv Inter-turn Withstand Voltage Tester is based on the above principle and uses the "pulse waveform comparison method" to test the impedance symmetry and balance. That is, after the pulse voltage with a certain wavefront time and a specified peak value is alternately applied to the test product and the reference product, the difference in the attenuation waveform caused by the pulse voltage between the two is used to distinguish the inter-turn insulation fault of the motor winding. The degree of difference reflects the severity of the inter-turn fault of the coil winding. Since the applied high-voltage pulse wavefront time is short and the energy is small, it is considered to be a non-destructive test.
