System Overview
The WXDJ-DGA Transformer Oil Chromatographic Online Monitoring System is a cost-effective online oil-gas monitoring system that requires no carrier gas. It utilizes an advanced ceramic membrane degassing module (patented), featuring a compact design and short oil-gas equilibrium time. The system employs an array-type gas sensor capable of detecting characteristic gases dissolved in oil, such as H₂, CO, C₂H₂, and C₂H₄. The combination of innovative sensors and advanced algorithms ensures that the system's accuracy and stability meet internationally leading standards. Additionally, it can be extended to monitor trace moisture in oil and transformer core leakage current, with on-site LCD display functionality. It is characterized by accurate measurement, rapid analysis, and real-time monitoring.
The system is primarily used to measure and analyze trace fault gases dissolved in the insulating oil of oil-immersed power equipment. It can capture potential fault information in transformer equipment in real time, ensuring reliable operation.
Instrument Functions and Technical Features
Easy Installation, No Power Outage Required: The device is compact and lightweight, allowing direct installation on the transformer's DN50 or DN80 flange. Oil sampling and return are integrated via a gear pump for circulation and agitation, enabling the online monitor to promptly reflect internal transformer faults.
Short Monitoring Cycle, Reflecting True Transformer Condition:It features the innovative application of a ceramic membrane component, resulting in a short equilibrium time. The oil pump circulation method is employed, ensuring that the extracted gases accurately represent the actual condition of the transformer.
Integrated Device Design Philosophy: The device can operate independently without a background computer. It features a high level of integration, automatic analysis functions, and includes communication and alarm interfaces for direct connection to a background system or DCS.

Flexible Communication Methods, Clearly Displaying Key Parameters and Status: Supports both wired and wireless communication, enabling networked online monitoring of multiple transformers. Optional 4G SMS function allows users to receive field detection data on their mobile phones in real time, achieving true unattended operation.
Strong Anti-Interference, Stable Performance: The device meets the requirements for operation in various harsh outdoor environments while resisting electromagnetic fields and radio wave interference in substations. It has passed electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) tests at national quality inspection centers.
Convenient Maintenance: Compared to online chromatographic instruments, it requires no regular replacement of consumables like carrier gas and no periodic instrument calibration.
