Product Introduction
The transformer oil online monitoring system is primarily designed to detect and measure trace fault gases in the oil of oil-immersed electrical equipment, enabling early warning of potential equipment defects, preventing sudden failures, and enhancing the safety and reliability of power system operation.
The WXDJ‑DGA Online Oil Chromatographic Analysis System can simultaneously detect seven characteristic fault gases in transformer oil: hydrogen (H₂), carbon monoxide (CO), methane (CH₄), carbon dioxide (CO₂), ethylene (C₂H₄), ethane (C₂H₆), and acetylene (C₂H₂). In addition, it can be optionally equipped to measure moisture content in oil upon user request.
This Online Oil Chromatographic Analysis System consists of three modules: a power supply module, a degassing module, and an analysis and detection module. The degassing module is directly connected to the transformer tank or the oil return pipeline via an oil pump, drawing transformer oil into the module. The degassing module separates the gases from the oil and then delivers the extracted gas to the chromatographic column, which separates the various characteristic gases for detection. The power supply module supplies electrical power to the entire system. The data collected by the online monitoring system are transmitted via an RS‑485 bus or TCP/IP to the system analysis and management software for further processing.
The recommended default sampling cycle for the online oil chromatography analyzer is once every 12 hours. Users can reset the sampling cycle through the host computer based on the actual operating conditions of the transformer.
The diagnostic analysis software is a 64‑bit Windows application, compatible with Windows 7 and later. It does not require routine manual intervention on the host computer or the instrument by management personnel; instead, it automatically performs data acquisition, trend analysis and rate‑of‑change analysis of the fault gas data, and automatically generates daily reports, historical data reports, as well as data trend curves.
